ABSTRACT

Ovarian ectopic pregnancy is only 3% of all ectopic, with an incidence of 1:7,000-40,000. In the last 10 years, it has been a rise in incidence. Most patients have vaginal bleeding, abdominal pain and shock data. Less than 300-400 cases are reported in the literature.
Case: We present the case of a woman with ovarian ectopic pregnancy of 12 weeks of gestation, who have not suggestive clinical signs and whose diagnosis was incidental despite having a regular prenatal ultrasound.
Conclusion: Ovarian pregnancy is a rare presentation; diagnosis is difficult and often suggested by clinical data, when clinical data fail, more studies are needed to integrate the diagnosis.
