ABSTRACT

Nose T cell and natural killer cell lymphoma (T/NK), having been given many names, is known today as extranodal T/NK cell lymphoma, nasal type. We present a case of a 43 years old man, fisherman, with acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (AIDS). He began ailment with holocraneal headache, right facial palsy, ptosis, amaurosis and blubbery vision. Computed tomography and magnetic resonance were performed stablishing diagnosed tumor of paranasal sinus compatible with lymphoma. He is taken to surgery for excisional biopsy.
