ABSTRACT

Pediatric Academies from the five Continents have decided to join criteria and contribute to stop the death, by asphyxia during birth, of 1 million children worldwide. Especially in countries without scientific, technological and human resources to prevent these deaths. All this has consolidated Pediatricians and Neonatologists efforts to train people involved, in order to take actions on “The Golden Minute” plan.
