Aging ad working conditions, a problem for the third world?

ABSTRACT

Aging is a condition that has to be taken into account in any health action. We face this phenomenon whose character seems universal. However the socioeconomic differences between our developing countries and the developed ones, it is necessary to draw attention to this problem and set ourselves a strategy around the health and work binomial that shows evidence of what should be the way to find a balance between an increasingly aging workforce and the changing demands placed on the current and future jobs.
