ABSTRACT

The aging is a dynamic, gradual, progressive and irreversible process, in which you/they influence multitude of changes in several environments: biological, psychological and social. It lapses in the time and it is very defined for this, it always takes the stamp of the singular thing, the only thing, the individual thing. We could also consider it as a continuous process of intellectual, emotional and psychological growth. To achieve a satisfactory longevity is one of the current, multiple chimeras they are the factors and conditions that should coincide to achieve it, where, without a doubt some, the presence of illnesses discapacitantes like the osteoartrosis conspire in its against. We present the case of a 101 year-old patient with multiple and varied bony and joins deformities that cause high disability grades and first floor levels of perception of quality of life related with the health, that which causes big limitations in their current daily acting.
