ABSTRACT

The unilateral nevoid telangiectasia syndrome (UNT) is a rare dermatosis. It may be congenital or acquired; when acquired, it has been associated with elevated estrogen levels in multiple physiologic and pathologic conditions, with a benign course. It is usually located in the upper body, and mainly consists of a grouping of telangiectatic vascular lesions. In this article we describe the case of a pregnant woman in the fourth decade of life with diagnosis of UNT, without other systemic diseases.
