ABSTRACT

Keeping in mind that in the Medical Sciences University there are not enough documents for the English's teaching with general and specific aims, the idea arose of elaborating a consulting material for supporting the teaching - learning process and which also made possible the communication, translation and interpretation of the medical language, by the medicine students, mainly from fourth and fifth years, as well as by the health professionals. To achieve this, an exhaustive literature review was carried out and a material of 6 pages was obtained, with frequently used terms and their meanings in medicine.
