ABSTRACT

Is reported in a newly born patient with history have am born refractory acidosis and the fact that he started to show symptoms of pulmonary edema, cyanosis, cardiac inadequacy in the few hours of life and figment of parthianeutocico of determination and with good encumbrance when is born a medicative treatment . The appearance of an exemplifying pathological anatomic piece imagine in the atresia from the common pulmonary vein is gone.
