ABSTRACT

The management of information is a key element in companies. The intranet ensures that the information is centralized and more communication is achieved. The National Centre for Medical Genetics (CNGM) has an Intranet to keep users informed. This work was performed with the aim to describe the structure of the Intranet and identify information needs and knowledge among workers. System Drupal content management was used for making the website and a survey was used to determine and improve the information needs. The analysis made possible to improve the design and quality of the topics posted on the website.
