ABSTRACT

The following article was written with the aim of highlighting the work of the brothers Francisco Antonio and Jose Sotero Figueroa Veliz who, besides being patriots who participated in the Ten Years independence war, were health professionals of our municipality that as many others have made the name of Colon known, for their commitment and dedication to the revolutionary and medical work.
