Integration of researchers and decision-makers in nursing for policies and health systems

ABSTRACT

Integration of researchers and decision makers is among research limitations in policies and health systems. An example on joint work of those actors is described. In order to achieve a common objective, actions implemented are analyzed. It is evidenced that the application of the scientific method by definition of actions in the field of decision-making constitutes an effective way to develop this kind of study by these professionals. Integration on the basis of community of objectives between politicians and scientists assured the following-up and sustainability of actions implemented.
