ABSTRACT

The central odontogenic fibroma is a particularly rare type of odontogenic tumor that represents only 1.5% of all such lesions. In this article, we report two cases of central odontogenic fibroma of the jaw region, as well as the treatment employed to resection them and reconstruct the area through the use of a bone graft, titanium mesh, and osteosynthesis.
