ABSTRACT

In recent decades renal transplantation has emerged as an option for the management of renal disease. Many patients lose the graft and a good alternative for them is retransplantation. We report female 39 years old with unspecified chronic etiology of renal disease, has been on hemodialysis for seven months. History of two previous kidney transplants in 2000 with acute rejection and loss of function in 2002 and the second in 2004 with graft loss secondary to chronic allograft nephropathy in 2010. In 2013 PRA less than 5% for all classes, the third kidney transplant is performed by intra-abdominal approach graft function immediately getting and staying with immunosuppressive therapy. At discharge with serum creatinine of 0.95mg / dL. Currently with stable renal function and serum creatinine of 1.54mg / dL.
