ABSTRACT

The SAPHO syndrome emerged to describe the association of osteoarticular and cutaneous pathology. SAPHO stands for synovitis, acne, pustulosis, hyperostosis and osteitis, the five key components. We present a series of three patients diagnosed with SAPHO syndrome at our hospital, two of them showed cutaneous and osteoarticular clinical, while the third had no skin manifestations, although radiographic findings were so specific that allowed its diagnostic suspicion.
