ABSTRACT
The most common cause of anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction (ACLR) failure is an inadequate surgical technique. We present a case report of a 32-year-old male patient who had an ACLR done. He presented two complications, an anterior femoral tunnel, and the femoral screw got loose and went into the joint at two weeks postoperative. Neither of the two complications was detected and corrected at the proper time. Early recognition of intra-operative and post-operative complications is crucial for successful ACLR.
