ABSTRACT

Attendance at the National Institute of Cardiology Ignacio Chávez is strengthened with the implementation of alternative programs that cover the different needs of the person, is an effort to rescue the legacy of our predecessors and feedback in our daily work the importance of maintain a trustworthy, comprehensive and quality care in a friendly space to users. The purpose of this writing is to know the background of the different alternatives to support the patient and family, as well as recognize the institutional effort to provide this care scheme.
