ABSTRACT

We report the case of a 26 year-old man with a sebaceous nevi on the scalp, which coexisted with a syringocystadenoma papiliferum and a basal cell carcinoma. The diagnosis was suspected according to the clinical appearance and confirmed by histopathologic analysis. Treatment consisted in surgical excision and correction with a rotation flap. Seven months after surgery there has been no recurrence and clinical appearance is acceptable.
