ABSTRACT

Gestational gigantomastia is an uncommon breast disorder that result in a massive enlargement of breast. This phenomenon could became a nightmare for the pregnant women because of the physical, anatomic and psychological implications, that makes this pathology a real emergency that requires a close follow up because it affects the mother’s and fetu’s lifes.
