ABSTRACT

This article describes the case of a female patient of 61 years old with inflammatory bowel disease specifically ulcerative colitis which did not have treatment, who initiates management of her pathology requiring modifications till the control of the disease. However during the curse of the disease was found alteration of the liver function and radiologic evidence of sclerosing cholangitis. The final diagnosis is a patient with ulcerative colitis with concomitant sclerosing cholangitis.
