ABSTRACT

This article will be present a 51 year old male patient with intermittent jaundice associated with abdominal pain and weight loss which is diagnosed as hiliar cholangiocarcinoma. It is explained what a cholangiocarcinoma is, it’s classification, diagnostic methods and the best therapeutic alternative. This case is exposed, and even thought it has low incidence has a high mortality rate and bad prognosis for which it most be well known to give a better attention to the patients.
