ABSTRACT

Cholinergic urticaria induced by exercise, is a rare disorder, difficult to treat. Clinical symptoms are 2-4 mm diameter erythematous papules and pruritus. In advanced cases, it may be accompanied by dyspnea, hypotension and angioedema. These reaction occur in response to exercise and passive heating. Often, as a first line treatment antihistamines are used.
