ABSTRACT

We report the case of a 19 year old man with linear, warty hyperkeratotic lesions distributed along the lines of Blaschko, located in right hemi-trunk. Skin biopsy showed epidermolytic hyperkeratosis. The interest of this case is the clinical expression of epidermolytic hyperkeratosis and emphasize the importance of genetic counseling due to the possibility of involvement of offsprings with greater forms of ichthyosis.
