ABSTRACT

Health economy is distinguished in the updating process of the Cuban economic pattern because it guarantees the training of the human capital in that sphere, the implementation of services and health systems researches, as well as the application of their results in practice, from where it is inferred that to increase the knowledge in this respect can contribute to obtain a higher efficiency, quality, justness and sustainability of the health services. In this work, important aspects related to the expenses in the Sector and by inhabitants among others, are approached.
