ABSTRACT

Superior canal dehiscence syndrome is characterized by vestibular symptoms associated with pressure changes and sound stimuli. However, a minority of cases present only with audiological manifestations. We report the case of a patient with conductive hearing loss and tinnitus in whom a dehiscence of the superior semicircular canal was identified at the level of the superior petrous sinus.
