EEC syndrome (ectrodactyly-ectodermal dysplasia-cleft lip/palate)

ABSTRACT

The EEC syndrome (ectrodactyly, ectodermal dysplasia, cleft lip/palate) is a rare genodermatoses caused by the mutation of P63 gen. We describe the case of a three year old child with clinical and histopathological signs of the syndrome.
