ABSTRACT

The pigmentary demarcation lines, also known as Futcher lines or Voigt lines, can be divided in six variants represented by A to F classified based on their location and clinical features. The type B pigmentary demarcation lines are usually associated with pregnancy and are manifested clinically by areas of hypo and hyperchromic transition involving the posteromedial region of the lower limbs that usually arise from the third trimester of pregnancy and disappear spontaneously after delivery.
