ABSTRACT

The problems within the analysis of the work is very interesting for several applied sciences that converge on the intention to improve the workers quality of life influencing in the decrease of negatives effects of the work. Historical antecedents were explained about the procedure for the Psychological Analysis of the Work, the beginning of its application in Cuba and were updated the contents of its manual version consistent in two guides or instruments: Qualitative analysis and orientated analysis, them make easy to the researcher the acknowledgment of the techniques that permit an observation of work conditions, the correct compilation of this information and the supply of the necessaries dates for automated version; moreover are showing and explaining their parameters. This work constitutes the first part of that revision and will be continued with the work experiences started in 1990, that previously included its terminology cross-cultural adaptation, the creation of the mentioned automated version and a thorough study of validation that demonstrate its applicability in the practice of the work of occupational health, the valuable contribution to the insufficient instrumental development in these moments and its actual validity for development of news scientific researches.
