ABSTRACT

Testicular Leydig cell tumors are uncommon cause of precocious pseudopuberty in children. The clinical case of a 6-yearold who looked 13 years, growth in height, penis, testicles and pubic hair as well as acne. Elevate serum testosterone with 5.64 ng/ml. Bone age estimated 13 years. Right testicle ultrasound showed a hypoechoic tumor. Right orchiectomy was performed and the pathological study reported testicular Leydig cell tumor.
