ABSTRACT

To make a differential diagnosis allways constitutes a challenge, we present the case of a retroperitoneal mass of little common characteristics that constituted a dilemma. The histopatologic result was, Castleman disease, we report this case its boarding and a literature review of this disease in retroperitoneal presentation.
