ABSTRACT

We present the case of a male patient, 27 years old with a lesion on the superior surface of the glands that changes coloration during erection and progressive increase of the size. On first consult the tumor measured 1.0 squared centimeter approximately, firm, limited. We performed a tumor excision. Pathology and histochemical probes reported to be a leiomyoma. There are few cases published on literature and the prompt treatment is fundamental in order to avoid cosmetic issues.
