Radiovirodiagnosis, radiovirotreatment.

ABSTRACT

We labeled adenovirus of common cold with radionuclides betta and gamma emisors and a “promotor” of alfa-fetoprotein gen. This new radiopharmaco was probed in experimental animals with good results and posteriorly in two selected humans patients with hepatoma; and obtained hepatomas “scan” and relief of the illness in six month of follow-up of the patients with harmless results. We proposed this radiovirodiagnosis and radiovirotreatment for the monitoring and treatment of hepatoma, because of the encorageous results obtained in this preliminary report.
