ABSTRACT

Debates regarding the psychosomatic illness, question or expression occurs at the border of the analyzable and non analyzable, and stay in a zone of union and disunion. Such a problematic display shows some relevant particularities to the infantile body as Ana Freud pointed out among others, specially having an illness such as diabetes. This paper described a psychotherapeutic work in a child with diabetes. Some conclusion emphasize transference as well as therapeutic alliance with parents and educators constitutes the center of technical resources for the therapy, beside a specific work with parents to restitute contention because fantasies produced by diabetes caused regression in them which added to those of their son. Some clinical vignettes are described and an answer series are communicated regarding the field of psychoanalytical psychosomatic in juvenile diabetes.
