ABSTRACT
Strategic planning as a moment of any management process constitutes a fundamental tool for the development of any institution. The organizations that visualize a permanent change of their management, guarantee a permanent quantitative and qualitative leap, in that sense, strategic planning is a fundamental process of institutional management that contributes in the organization and determination of this purpose.
