ABSTRACT

As the preparatory academic course is the prelude to professional preparation, the formation of the health culture is of vital importance for the strengthening of the vocational orientation of the students. In this course actions are addresses to contribute to promotion of health and raise the culture of health, but in opinion of these authors are not enough, that is why it was proposed as the objective of this work the design an educational program aimed at promoting the Culture of Health of the students in the Preparatory academic course in the Latin American School of Medicine (ELAM).
