Importance of the right varicocele

ABSTRACT

The right varicocele appears since the study of the testicular Doppler is known fundamentally as a subclinical varicocele, so it is desired to make known the importance of the diagnosis of the right varicocele in cases of bilateral varicocele and the causes that produce it. The authors perform a systematic review based on the consultation of scientific articles related to the topic, indexed. We reviewed aspects related to bilateral varicocele and especially the direct approaches to right varicocele. The literature reviewed explains how the right varicocele occurs, its diagnosis and the importance of its treatment in both adolescents and infertile adults. It is concluded that the diagnosis and treatment of the right varicocele is important
