ABSTRACT

A 68-year-old female patient with a history of non-painful tumor in the posterior part of the right thigh about 12 years ago with enormous growth in recent months was presented. She underwent surgery at Lenin Hospital in Holguín and during nine months the patient was asymptomatic with good clinical evolution. The amputation of the affected limb was not necessary to perform.
