ABSTRACT

Allergy to cow’s milk is the most common food allergy in infants and young children. Most children have a favorable outcome due to development of immunologic tolerance. In this paper we present the mexican version of the «milk ladder», as it is a very useful tool for reintroduction of milk and dairy products to diet in children with a partial o complete tolerance. It has shown to be a very practical tool for pediatric patients at Allergy Department of the National Institute of Pediatrics.
