Hailey-Hailey’s disease: a series of three cases

ABSTRACT

Hailey-Hailey’s disease is an autosomic dominant hereditary genodermatosis caused by ATP2C1 gene mutation. Despite its benign prognosis, the clinical manifestations cause a severe alteration in the patient’s life quality. Although there are multiple treatment options, none has proven to be highly effective. We present a series of three cases with a favorable outcome.
