ABSTRACT

The chest angina, the heart attack and the sudden death constitute fundamental manifestations of the isquemic cardiophaty which is the responsible for more than 80% of the deaths, with an increase in the rates in the American continent. With the objective of identifying the inadequacies that are presented in the in the prevention of factors of risk of the isquemic cardiophaty has been carried out a development investigation, of traverse court in the municipality Square of the Revolution, in which the methodology was used for the determination of problems of the Advanced Education organized in 7 steps. The inadequacies in the preventive professional performance in the prevention of factors of risk of the isquemic cardiophaty are related with which these they don't respond to the demands of the community as well as in the actions of prevention toward the amendable factors of risk, since problems are evidenced in the application of the scientific method of the profession that you/they work in the Primary Attention of Health of the municipality as well as deficiencies in the preventive capacities of the graduates in infirmary for the factors of risk of the isquemic cardiophaty what facilitates the design of high studies strategies.
