ABSTRACT

Lymphoma diffuse large cell is the most common non-Hodgkin lymphoma also in extranodal presentation, its appearance in oral mucosa is rare. It’s of phenotype B and highly aggressive, has a poor prognosis. We report a case with limited clinical manifestations and casual diagnosis in an 88-year-old female patient, who presented an ulcer in the oral mucosa. We review the characteristics of these lesions and current diagnosis and treatment options.
