ABSTRACT

Partial results of the Institutional Investigative Project are presented for the development of the competition sociohumanista in the professionals of health, in development in the University of Medical Sciences of Guantánamo starting from the year 2015. The procedures continued in this investigation belong with those of a qualitative investigation as long as they allowed to define and to characterize the culture of the social innovation. By means of the bibliographical investigation, it was necessary their definitions and with the application of other investigation methods it was reached to identify the level in that the investigators establish the problem to solve and develop it in the dimensions that it demands the service of health. Starting from this primary information, it is sought to trace rules to continue for the development of the culture of the social innovation in the professionals of the health.
