Pseudoangiomatous stromal hyperplasia (PASH)

ABSTRACT

We describe a case of giant pseudoangiomatous stromal hyperplasia of the breast, (PASH) very quick evolution, there is not a history of importance attached to the pathological. Multidisciplinary management between the radiologist, pathologist and surgeon performed, we chose conservative horizontally mastoplasty skin, being a benign lesion origin. Currently in surveillance with good results. Objective: The objective of this paper is to describe a case of Giant breast tumor with PASH report and perform a brief review of the literature.
