ABSTRACT

A review was made to present some elements related to the relationship between ethical and moral values and the quality of services provided by the nursing professionals of the province of Guantanamo, given the concern that this group of teachers represent the weakening of some of these values in our staff and with the purpose of enhancing and highlighting all the values that have always guided us, transmitting to the present and future generations for more than 50 years that have taught our leaders and paradigms of our nursing to ensure quality nursing care. Respect, honesty and dedication to professional work frame the daily conduct of compliance with the rules of social coexistence in which respect for the profession, patients, other health professionals and themselves as person.
