ABSTRACT

As a designated specialist, I analyze and comment on Harry M. Jansen Kraemer Jr.'s "Achieving Excellence" text, published in August 2016, at https://es.scribd.com/document/333902737/Access-the-excelency-docx. The text reveals the qualities that will distinguish a leader and the principles on which they are based, proposing a path of deep moral roots and a viable projection of business success. A certainly enriching proposal for the construction of organizations of international scope, based on a more harmonious order.
