ABSTRACT

This is a review about myelofibrosis based on a case that presents to our emergency room, male in the mid-sixties with multiple organic failure, who is studied based on the altered blood tests and image screening by Hematology, Urology and Pneumolgy teams, diagnosing pulmonary adenocarcinoma and myelofibrosis.
