ABSTRACT

The fusion is a concept that is part of the theory of differentiation Bowen. When the subject does not differentiate tends to go to one of two extremes; the fusion or disconnection. Derived from an analysis and review of the literature on the subject, an assessment tool of the fusion was built. It was an instrument composed of 47 items with an index of statistical reliability Cronbach .911 ; A factor analysis showed that the instrument has a single component evaluated. The results are presented and the implications and possible applications of the evaluation instrument of the merger are discussed.
