ABSTRACT

It is presented the report of a postquirurgical case of symptomatic disease of Madelung with ulnar radio distal luxation, with a technique described by the Dr. Tachdjian, consistent in radial osteotomy of alignment, as well as partial resection of the distal ulnar epifisis with distal ulnar radio arthroplasty, and the subsequent ulnar tendon; obtaining good results for the functionality, for the movement and reference arches of the pain.
