ABSTRACT

Introduction: The child birth of conjoined twins causes several number of conflicts, the development of surgical tecnics that allows the separation of the twins and the anticipation of a survival prognostic, since the complexity is beyond imagination.
Methods: In a hospital with all the means needed for the adequate attention of conjoined twins, following bioetics principles; we present a succesfull and total organic independence of thoracoomphalopagus twins.
Results: With previous experience in the attention of conjoined twins, we achieve in this opportunity the total organic independence of thoracoomphalopagus twins.
Discussion: A careful planing and experience in the manegement of conjoined twins allow to offer for both of them the opportunity of achieve their organic independence.
