ABSTRACT

A bibliographical review on humanistic education was carried out at the University Of Medical Sciences Of Guantanamo during the academic year 2015-2016, with the objective of reflecting on the singularities of the professional of the medical sciences careers; given the irregularities that were presented for achieve the integral formation of technicians. The universe consisted of 40 teachers and managers of the faculty and the University of Medical Sciences, members of the first year collective of technical careers. The main variables were analyzed: humanistic education and methodological work. The methods and techniques of research were used: theoretical, empirical and statistical level. The study of the current state of the thematic allowed knowing the antecedents of the subject which revealed the inadequacies that in this respect, were presented in the theoretical and methodological order for this purpose, as well as the importance of its treatment.
