ABSTRACT
The proposal provides reflections and analysis on the theoretical-conceptual bases that support the use of virtual environments in the educational teaching process in a university of the 21st century. In addition to trying to draw attention to the need to structure strategies for the methodological design of computerization of learning processes to make them intelligent for the achievement of a subject 4.0 from a portable web tool. At the same time, it contributes to solving a problem that is so important today, at the University of Medical Science in Havana, as it is the one of the mass of tuition.
